Welcome to SkillsUpDesh. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SkillsUpDesh Association ("SkillsUpDesh," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the SkillsUpDesh platform, including courses, videos, curriculum materials, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary software ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of SkillsUpDesh Association or its licensors.
Limited License: SkillsUpDesh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, selling, or creating derivative works of the Content without the express written permission of SkillsUpDesh. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. Termination of Access
SkillsUpDesh reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and services if:

Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sirsa, Haryana, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.

SkillsUpDesh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
